    [Help] Amazon Error

    I just tried to order something and didn't have enough money in my gift card balance, I had two visa cards linked to my amazon account. one of them was random digits. I mean I did that when I was new to amazon and exploring things,However. That one I pressed on while I was paying for that order was that random visa. Now they are asking me to put its information to make sure it is mine. I've already told them about the story I stated above! I don't know what is gonna happen. But I've money on it and don't want to lose all my money and orders. ANY SUGGESTIONS? Solutions?

    This. I've had problems with CIS and ringing them up and buttering them up does the trick.
