Paypal just got Dicker, Limited!

I was under age when they made my account limited.
Called them and told them I'm underage, they said they'll transfer it to my linked bank and told me not to make a new account until I'm of age.

Idk where you got that from. IF op is underage he should do the same, if it's not related to that idk.

Legally even if you're underage the only people who can keep YOUR money from you, are your parents. PayPal will hold the funds for 180 days to ensure no dishonesty, and then you can have it transferred to your bank account.

2 methods to get the money off considerably easily:

1: Refund old payments you received whilst asking the sender to send a new payment to a new paypal

The only restriction (if any) is that you can't use paypal, they will ALWAYS give you your money that you have inside IF you're under-age. If your account is limited because of something else then I'm not sure.

While you're not positive about it, I am. You will be able to get your money if you're under-age. It has happened to me personally and other people I know of who had the same situation confirmed that this is how it works.
