Greatest, Worst anime of the season?

Now that the spring season is pretty much coming to an end, it's time for the Greatest and Worst anime discussion.

Which anime impressed you the most and why?

Which anime do you feel was the least impressive and why?

Bonus question for those who feel like answering it: Was there an anime that you had high hopes for at the beginning but it let you down?


For me it was:

Most impressive anime: Re:Zero for sure.
Why? Relatable MC, interesting plot, cliffhangers that lead to something that's actually interesting and cute af girls. (Rem / Ram master race)

Least impressive anime: seisen cerberus ryuukoku no fatalites
Why? Useless MC, Naruto copy, bland characters, shitty names, the anime itself would be still bad if they labeled it as a parody.

Bonus question: Joker Game
Why? I expected some 007 super spy action and each character's unique traits being show, some sort of mastermind or plot that would turn everything around, but it turned out to be just an average tier show where the characters blended in, had nice convos and each episode had its own riddles that were pretty easy to solve.

Oh God, Mumei is one hell of an annoying character. and tbh, there isn't any show from the spring season that can actually top Re:Zero considering Boku no Hero Academia is pretty much finished for now and there is no news of any plans of S2 yet, especially since the show is just a few chapters behind the manga.

Which anime impressed you the most and why? Space Patrol Luluco. It's a short, and managed to get AOTS.

Which anime do you feel was the least impressive and why? Kiznaiver. It had the Trigger name behind it, but as per usual, Okada failing everything she writes.
