If ROUGH says it works then it works.
Fuck you I still can't be bothered.
I'm too lazy but I still want NX and VIP hacks.
I like chicken.
No, never. I've got more than 1 account with them too. I never had to verify anything with NetSpend.

btw... add this to ur post.
Just a reminder of our terms: "No offer is guaranteed to credit, whether paid or free. Points4Rewards is not responsible for any offer that does not credit. Please only complete offers you are interested in."
Unfortunately I have no control over which offers credit and which don't. For your best chances of offers crediting, please read the FAQ's and follow all the tips..
For paid offers, make sure you read the terms of the offer, and also make sure you are using your own, valid credit card (not a prepaid card, virtual card, or one-time use credit card number).
If a paid offer doesn't credit, there isn't a whole lot I can do. Make sure you are willing to buy the product or service even if you don't get the incentive. You can send proof of your transaction to points4rewards.com@gmail.com along with the confirmation email they send, and I can try to get you credit, but there is no guarantee. Most of the paid offers credit just fine with no problems.
Thanks,
Doug

Doesn't work for me still. =P
Well yea that's the residency issue. US residents have it easier.
I'm stuck at 1.9 :[
Stupid R1 has so many "free" offers >.>

I did well with R1 for quite some time. I just stopped using it because requests took close to a week to fulfill.

O.O rly a week? i thought it would take days... but WEEKS?
Sure thing. Again the only reason I stopped using R1 was the time to fulfill requests. I had some emailed to me in under 3 days and 2 took nearly a month. I was getting pissed. They're just understaffed. And although I like NX prepaid better I'd rather have my NX quick, fast, and in a hurry. I can still buy my LE's with PayPal so that's all I care about.
haha,
They Don't allow Canadians on that site.
Lame =\
Unfortunately I don't know when they will. I'm almost certain it's because of the exchange rate. If your economy was as shitty as ours maybe they'd allow it :P
