Yes. NetSpend and the site you choose to use need your real info. NetSpend will only send you one envelope which will have your Visa Prepaid inside. After that you can use paperless statements and view them online. Once I used mine to verify PayPal I rarely ever used it. Points4Rewards will never send you anything. Only offers can do that and for those you can just use someone elses info lol

You can still own a paypal account and withdraw it to the paypal account. Just need to find a way to verify it later.

No. There's no monthly fee for those cards. They just charge a lot if you use them but I wouldn't. Like they might charge 2 bucks to take money out an ATM.

Yea for AUS there are fewer options.

@halodude23 - you only need to get a verified paypal account to withdraw funds to. It has to be verified because nexon needs it to be verified to buy nx and pretty much to use it for anything it has to be verified. OR............. You could just not use PayPal.... Points4Rewards sends weekly Amazon gift card codes out too. You could always request them instead of paypal cash out.
