IDK WTF IS GOING IN MY SLEEP CAUSE DURING THE NIGHT I CANT MOVE AT ALL ONLY MY EYES AND IM SEEING THINGS LIKE DEMONS AND STUFF.
I JUST WOKE UP FROM ONE AND IM FUCKING SCARED AND TIRED OF THIS HAPPENING.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WTF IS GOING ON!!!

Sleep paralysis. I used to have it a lot when I was in highschool and it can be very frightening. However, it can also be really fun if you learn to control it. You can induce some very vivid hallucinations/dreams if you just stay calm and take control of the experience. I'd kill to be able to do it now because it was a lot of fun then, but I never get it anymore. The important thing to realize is that none of it is real, there is no demons, it's just your brain firing on overdrive because your mind woke up before your body did basically.

The only thing that really bothered me is that you can't feel yourself breathing (or I couldn't, anyway) and that obviously can cause some stress the first few times.

The only thing I was able to move were my eyes

And I noticed this happens either for a few secs or a couple of minutes.

To me they felt like forever.

I get it all the time. I have seen the fucking devil before my eyes. its crazy but you can turn it into a good thing and go into lucid dreams or OBEs if you get good at it
