You could try listening to music (something that calms you) when trying to sleep. That's what I sometimes do.
I'm trying to fix my sleeping schedule and was wondering what you guys do.
I usually stay up for a full 24 hours and then knock out at 8 pm to fix it. But this time when i tried it, i fell asleep during the day yesterday at 12pm and woke up at 4pm. It is now 3 am and i tried sleeping since 12 am but now here i am on mpgh because i could not fall asleep.
So i went a full 24 hours without sleeping, took a 4 hour "nap" and i still cannot fall asleep. Im about to go another full 24 hours.
What the fuck is wrong with me seriously?

I will tell you exaclty what you can do because i had the same problem.Staying up for 24h usally works but its not the best.You can sleep as you sleep now and try to wake up like 2-3 hours earlier (not more because you end up not waking up or falling asleep again) then try to sleep like 1 hour earlier too (its easier because you sleeped less) if you don't sleep earlier don't worry repeat the process until you do and do this until you get the sleeping pattern you want.If i had to take a guess why your falling pattern is fucked up at the momment i would say its mainly because you dont get tired throught they day so doing exercise too will help you a lot.Anyway the things i told you are legit from my experience.

Im currently on a no sleep routine for today to try to get my sleep cycle in check (i was sleeping at 5 am waking up at 7pm) so ive been awake for a good 14 hours now, been snorting some ritalin and taking some tramadol as well as alot of coffee
