Punkburster'efficiency is very low...Basically will not be detected. What really needs to pay attention to is GGC and PBBans.

Yes and no. Its usually PBB which will exclude you from playing from most (basically all) servers. PBB is a system that detects if a Player got Punkbusted. It creates a list which usually most Servers check if a player joins the server. If your name is on the list, then well bad luck for you.

Happened to me before and my main got banned. It always said banned for 1200mins but its actually permanent
