Thread Design, Need Critics & Comments.

I quite like this style.About the pic now i think its decent but you could add more stuff for example a texture in the middle where the white and blue background are.Em maybe at the arrows that are pointing in and out you could add something more.Also you could make it like bigger size (have more space for text) but thats something personal i guess.And last i think the pic you picked at the top its really great and i think it goes really good with the whole design,but because you picked that pic i think you had to put something similar at the bottom too like try to be consistant.Still the bottom pic looks great but i would like to see something similar to the first photo i guess.I tried to go into details i hope this was helpful!

Elements aren't too distracting
Focal's are nice and big and clearly describing the point of the design and it's purpose
