When the PS4 first came out here it costed a thousand dollars. but later on i knew why the prices were higher because of the shipping with importing and exporting. on what you said. but then there the VAT(Value Added Tax) our country added and so the prices are going to be more higher. and its currently 7.5%. And our government already got more than the money they needed. And now they plan to increase VAT to 15%. So thats 7.5% more now.

Dude theres no way your wifi can be that slow update your drivers and see if it fixes that

I currently live in Argentina and it`s a similar case where the government put taxes way to high and imported items are way too expensive. At least things are changing here and imports are going to be a little cheaper.
