Is this laptop worth buying for $600?

So I am looking to buy a gaming laptop and my friend is selling his Alienware M14x R2 for $600. Is this worth buying for the money, or is it worthless? The specs he gave me are
Win 10 Pro
i7-360QM Processor
512 SSD
16GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 650m
Slot loading DVD-RW/BR-Rom

Would I be able to play Arma 3, Rust, AoE 3, CSGO, Hurt World, etc on this? How long would I be able to have it before it will basically be useless running games? Thanks!

you should be able to run most of the current triple A games at atleast medium @40fps, csgo will play on ultra @60fps

Its good for 600 but you could get alot more at 650-700 range

Why laptop ? are you always on a plane or something? i don't see why not to go desktop.

If you are gonna spend $600 for a laptop, look at other companies and see if you can find better specs for that price.

got to agree with drama here, alienware you pay for the brand name not the hardware, do some shopping around!
