What is your main elo? Azir is not god tier because most cant play him even at d5-d2. OP and easy champions mostly are God tier champions

Janna is only good if you know how to play her. But her skills are good overall. Shield for protection, Tornado for offense/defense, and Ult for any assassin to jump on back line.

Don't forget about her W ability. If you're playing against a Janna-main player and they have a decent amount of ability power/magic penetration, they can really become a serious problem.
