OK shut the crap about who should and shouldn't be GFX Mod, shut the crap about Flash and shut the crap, PERIOD.

Now, I need your opinions on something, and I want constructive opinions. I don't you guys flaming the shit out of each other, I don't want you guys getting all egotistical and promoting yourselves, I want your honest, analytical and UNBIASED opinion.

I have been contemplating whether or not it'd be a good idea to have a THIRD GFX Mod. Seeing as though I am busy as heck right now (I'm trying desperately to find more time for MPGH) I need people to help me with maintaining the section. Now I selected Axel/cl0ud/Vladimir/Martin/iKnow/Amnesia to be the second GFX Mod and Josh has agreed with me. Our decision is mostly final, unless something happens which drastically affects our views. Now I need to know your opinions on whether or not a THIRD person will be a good idea, and I need your reasons.

I am NOT asking who it should be and I am NOT asking for your opinions on Axel. DO NOT ask me who the third person would be if there was to be a third person.

I believe there should be a third mod.

Reasoning: You could act as supervisor over the two other graphics mods (due to your seniority and experience with the position already). Also, there is really no reason to not have another moderator. The more help the merrier!

The absolute worst thing that could happen is one of them have to step down and you come back in to help the remaining mod. (Its not like they can ban)

Sticking with two would probably be just about enough. Like Flash said, they would balance each and other out.

Three has been know to work just as well.

I think Two is enough, if Martin falls behind or you become too busy, ill discuss it with josh and see if a third choice is necessary, I Will be making an announcement later, that if there is need for any sort of ban, or extreme modding, then they can contact me.
