Have 15+ posts and still can't post links ... why ?!

Also , when i try to go here (mpgh.net/forum/profile.php?do=editprofilepic) , it says "1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? 2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation." .

I don't receive the Email Activation Codes at my mail box . I've tried with my local mail and with my gmail one too , but none of them works .
I've written to Dave to manually activate my account , but maybe he have too much work now and he didn't see my post yet .
So if anybody can activate my account with the email that i've written down now , it will be great , thanks .
Or at least manually send me the email activation codes and i'll confirm my email , please .
