I think the officer was really on edge and shot out of fear. He seems remorseful after shooting the guy saying like "fuck!" and "I told him not to reach for it. I told him to keep his hand out". Not gonna label him as a bad cop like the other ones who just shoot someone and say "lul shots fired, need backup". Either ways, it's a fucking tragedy that this man was shot even after telling the officer that he was armed and had a license to carry but the officer was too fucking scared.
