Name change(If possible) and image title

@Derp I know the rules say 5 years of inactivity, the account was made back in 2013 and he came on for maybe a couple weeks and hasn't logged in since I'd like to change my name to that if possible if not that doesn't affect the change to the image title.

Edit: He also has no posts or anything.
