Selling refunded MacBook on Amazon.com Marketplace?

Hey guys! I was just wondering if it was possible to sell a refunded MacBook Air on Amazon as a "new" product. I still have the laptop in the factory seal and everything, but i'm worried that Amazon reports refunded items as stolen. If this is not the case, do I have a clean product I can sell and the serial tags will come up clear? Looking to sell it on Craigslist but not having very much luck so far. I'm looking to sell the MacBook on a different account, just to clarify.

Does Amazon report SE'd goods as stolen?
