um i cant see the picture xD but since you said there is a virus or assuming there is. Use Adware Cleaner and CC Cleaner they will wipe out any unwanted files and viruses. You can also use malabyte ware as well.

Listen, if you want to make sure 100% that the virus is gone then i suggest you go and pirate/download Windows and dump it on a disc or USB, then nuke the shit out of your hard drive in order to make sure that it's 100% gone using Derik's boot and nuke (https://www.dban.org/) then re-install Windows.

Ew, Windows defender. Get some real security software, you can easily buy a key off of G2A for avast or some other application for dirt cheap.
