no i think he lives in the UK and for some reason thought that he couldnt connect to the EU server, otherwise he wouldnt have said he uses a proxy to connect to NA.

how do i chage my proxy?

You go to your proxy settings and change it.

Find a US proxy if you want NA or if you're in the EU, just disable proxies and PWN!
