I think its one of the hidden male characters that is accesable through base model change (male to male). He's also wearing the mask that reduces fire gas by 85% (forgot name). And that looks a lot like the Tank Vest.

Yea he is wearing the new Tank vest i think that is why his armor is black, but who knows

It's the new tank vest. Other than that, it looks like a default male character. If he's bald, then it's the secret male character wearing a tank vest.

plus+ the recon or tank vest turns black -when u have the tiger or desert nx camo.
