You could do that, but you'll end up getting soft banned. I heard those who spoofed their location on Android have been soft banned. Those on Apple who have have reported that they haven't been banned :P

I've seen cheats on another forum where you can get it on your computer and click to move.

also jailbreaks on ios which are click to move..

Trading will be implemented into Pokémon GO, it will probably be selling Pokémon, not accounts.
I'll probably try to get a foot behind the door for when that time comes.
