I'm sure the gambling sites will make a way to gamble again so it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to buy some cheap skins.
It depends on if Valve hits OPskins and Gameflip etc. if they do prices will be fucked. From what I can see, they will close them because their main grounds for shutting down gambling sites is automated bots trading, which is against the ToS. The cashing out sites use the same type of bots.
Oh well, doesn't concern me I cashed out and moved to TF2 lol.

OPSkins isn't really a gambling site, its more like a Market place just like Steams, however they do use bots but they aren't a gambling site...
In there you can buy a skin without having that dumb trade ban.
