Ban Appeal

Basically looking to get my ban lifted on my main from a while ago. Not sure what happend completely but was told I needed to do a giveaway for the amount that was alleged scammed because the user who claimed I scammed him was banned for scamming himself. The amount is 11$. basically looking for someone to over see it. Not going to do anything fancy just a " Whoever comments first gets 11$ BTC" type post if possible.
