Pretty sure you have to remove the requirements in the XMLs in the client as well, since the client needs to know to make it show unlocked, right now they are technically unlocked already since you removed the reqs. server sided in the xml file, but the client needs to know to show it as unlocked/clickable and not locked/darkened out/unclickable.
