Is Deca IP Banning Scammers/Hacked Client users?

But what do they do after they record it? Send it to Deca? If so, Deca's probably going to get over 100 emails a day

There are people I know who have been sending in reports since Deca's support went up. Not a single reported person has been banned yet :P
