Fake giveaway ?

Why are there so many fake giveaways on the giveaway page ? The ones that say pick a number and ill choose one by the end of the week and sht or just doesnt give a date of when the giveaway end at all like this one https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1145265 No one ain't gonna check if they win cus they would get messaged if they win..... People would just forget and they would get away with it

Report them at the "end of the week" and the OP will either have to announce the winner and the winner will confirm it, if OP says some bs then report him.

I always show proof of giving the prize and i use the number 1-1000 thing so i can put it on a number generator and randomly pick a winner without bias
