Crosshair test?
Testers needed
Inject into IW4MP.exe with your fav injector!
Numpad 0 toggles No recoil/spread
Numpad 1 toggles the crosshair(default crosshair, but will show in hardcore etc)
THE CROSSHAIR IS AN EXPERIMENT, THE FUNCTIONS HAVE CHANGED QUITE A BIT SINCE MW1(AND I DONT HAVE MW2, ONLY THE EXE TO DEBUG!)

Please redownload and test again(crosshair)
