dragonite ~3k cp i get one from evolve

Highest CP is Dragonite but 3.5k CP, nothing is higher, highest HP pokemon is Chansey, Mewtwo has the highest Attack but not in the game yet. Get a Dragonite, get it around 90+ IV ansd you're gonna hammer ANYONE.

3.5k Dragonite is the highest? Somehow my Dragonite does terrible damage even at 3.1k CP. Vaporeon attacks MUCH quicker and greater damage.
