I'm still debating on doing this or not, it seems kinda sketchy but i also usually jailbreak my phone like I have with my past iPhones, I've been reading the wiki and it's a Pangu app so it's in chinese but Pangu is a trusted team

Imo this is the most waited for Jailbreak (fairly sure it is) But it also isn't a full un-tether but when I did it I was so satisfied to be able to tweak my phone again the only downside is the reboot and ya da da to get the jailbreak back.

No. My last jailbreak from 7 and below never needed a respring after reboot.

No, every reboot you need to respring. Install a tweak or not. You're misunderstanding with installing a tweak.

the point of me jailbreaking it is to use tweaks that i think fit the phone better then stock
