Sounds like a decent idea, although you could just do it yourself with vpns / other paypals etc. It becomes very simple to maximise the profits just for yourself.

Well I currently have 8 open that I used near to the full limit on. None were linked and only 2 of them got limited due to me capping out the limit.

You get some warning message at about $2000 but I go to about $2400 and close the account
