I not think that you will find some honest seller this rate, the risk is simply too high for chargebacks (up to 180 days) even if you send it as GIFT there is still a way to chargeback.

You can try your luck in localbitcoins , but you except a different rate like 15-20%

Just out of curiosity: I am selling BTC on localbtc.com for PP, but if someone send the money through Friends and family, how can he then make "chargeback" or open a dispute as it falls outside of the "buyer protection coverage".

Thank you in advance for reply.

    Cheers

does paypal then somehow investigate? For example if IP matches with past transactions...

What if I make people to send me confirmation e-mail that we are going to make a money transaction with family and friends from an email that they are using for PP?

People shouldn't use same password to an e-mail and PP, therefore if I get an e-mail from them before the transaction (confirming that we are going to trade PP for BTC), then I am fine? and they can't claim that they did not authorize it and I am able to prove it.

    This should work, shouldn't it?

I am unsure. PayPal tends to favor the buyer, so you can get unlucky. It might help but no guarantees.
