Okay..

IMO the JR.Gfx team is not necessary, cuz the choobs who just started GFX..they dont listen to our CnCs..
Also,,im the only active JR.. Scrcrw is on the 2nd place, i mean, i CnC most of the sigs..it would be better if BPK would visitthe graphics section at least once a day.. .. Wtf..idk why he even got in the JRS, he isnt active.
Ryan visits graphics section, but he doesnt CnC much.
Also..my point in joining the JR was to get into the GFX team.
Now i know..i have much to learn, so i will not get into the team atm.
im going to read some tuts, experiment,practice..

1. I was like the only Jr who was active
2. Im pissed off that the choobs dont stick to CnCs

That's your most recent CNC. You may give it a lot, but this doesn't reflect it's quality in high esteem.

1. Just because we don't cave doesn't mean we aren't active. Keep in mind I have a whole other section to manage that is getting increasingly popular due to the availability of hacks here.
2. Choobs who just started GFX are going to be choobs for a while, just like the rest of us were. Look at Axel's old threads. Look at MY old requested sigs. People finally realize the need to improve, and try to, and either they just aren't good at this, or they get better. You weren't the very best too if I remember correctly. Everyone starts somewhere, it all depends on where they go.
3. Jr GFX isn't a direct flight to the GFX team. It's a group meant to help people out and give criticism, along with that of the GFX team. People from the Jr's get into the team on occasion, yes, but if that was your only motive, getting a flashy orange tag, you shouldn't have been in it from the start.
4. BPK got on because Flash put him there. He's pretty good, just not as active as you.

You took this group a little too seriously.
Jr's are nothing but a good, long step down from the real team.

They can. I listen to CnC and take in as much as I can, but is CnC the only thing that helped me get to the state I'm at right now? Nope, it helped a lot, but the other reason was - I kept trying, looked at some tutorials, got creative.
