an issue, web poke vision was down by niantic, does posible make bot for radar when the pokemon will spawn and spam the located?

poke vision was cut off, any idea to get similar web for farm time and location respawn of the pokemon,,,
so we know where and when the pokemon that we need to catch will shown ..

when i click the pokemon, i got the time when the pokemon disappear,,
