A tag isn't bigger than a signature. A signature has text, and a tag doesn't.

i used a stock image..... and a TAG has no text as to the creator....

If theres text on the document =/= tag.

Im talking about 'dem scanlines. Personally I think It'd look hotter if you took the scan lines out off of him, and out of the inside of the green arrow.

Not a bad concept...it's not horrible.
Don't put scanlines on the stock though...
I recommend trying some blurring to create depth.
