How long time does it take for a buy and sell thread to get comfirmed?

Hello so a couple of days ago i made a post in Pokemon Go buy and sell, about selling accounts but its not on there yet so my question is how long does it take for a buy and sell thread to get comfirmed?

They are usually pretty slow here, but only because a shit ton of idiots is opening threads without reading rules lol
