hey guys mm im having a problem with my game. well ima start now.

first problem is that when i start game and find a game and its at the loading part were it says "intel" at the bottom. theres a loading bar. i have to wait like 4 miniutes for that shit to load. so can someone help me with this problem. and iv seen vids for call of duty gameplay for pc and for them it loads fast. so can somoene please help me

Well, Akitheone, your PC is really weird; it can't run our hacks or anything. Maybe it can't handle MW2 well either.

To Kamerda, you said yourself that your PC wasn't that good; you needed those programs you mentioned to boost performance.


Slow PCs = Bad performance. I can't say more unless you give me other facts other than a slow loading screen. It's fine for me.

Step 1:
Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/ScanDisk
Follow this shorthand until you open ScanDisk. If you have not done a ScanDisk in awhile, I would suggest clicking on Thorough. If you have a weekly schedule for maintenance, then just the Standard will be sufficient. Select the hard drive you wish to scan and click on start. After this process is finished, go to the next step.

Step 2:
Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Disk Defragmenter
Follow the shorthand steps until you open Disk Defragmenter.

Select the drive to defrag and click ok and it will defrag your hard drive.

Another way :

Double click on My Computer and right click on the drive you wish to defrag. Select properties. Go to the Tool tab. You can select the button Check Now by Error-Checking Status to use the ScanDisk tool, then select the button Defragment Now by Defragmentation status.
Depending on how large your hard drive is, this process will take anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour.

It is advisable to do this at the end of the day when you don't need to use your machine.

Lol thats like mine... Yet I consider my computer suckish. I would take those programs and boost your performance on you computer so the lag is not noticeable or gone.

Come on i got nvidia8800gt p4 3.4ghz 2 gb ddr2 ram and i still only get connection lag dueto IWs shitty system. How come you guys lag so much?

Loading times, apart a bit from your RAM and CPU, are always important. The Hard Drive loads it all, if the hard drive = slow, your loading = slow.

I use an SSD so for me it's like a 4 second load but if you run on a low-space disk, full of crap, make backups of what you don't need, format (delete all) the entire thing, then reinstall windows and theres a new world of speed for you.
2 GB of RAM isn't the most either, I don't know what OS you're running though.

Defrag. Get more RAM or if your pc is from like 2004 get a new one

Defrag is only to put files that are mixed together that aren't supposed to be mixed together back at their place. The maps that have to be loaded are always in their place so I don't think it'll make a difference
