[SUGGESTION] EU Moderators

Greetings MPGH,

when logging onto MPGH today I had eye cancer seeing this.

 

That´s not even shitposting anymore
And I think the problem might be because literally everyone who COULD delete these threads is offline

Please don´t take this as an accusation - I know there´s stuff much more important than MPGH but I feel like when everyone is offline no one is control of all the spam that happens

 

These are the people who have their last activity shown to others, not included from GM+ are Mayion and Liz.

My suggestion for this would be EU Moderators
Might be worth atleast thinking about that so there´s a little time scheme/better control

Maybe normal Mods should be allowed to handle General aswell.
Cause Hunter lives in EU.

The General Section itself already has 2 minions.
On top of that, there are Global Moderators, and Administrators that you have already mentioned in your post.
Those are not "shitposters", but bots. It's very common and has always happened.
The best you can do is report the post, so that the staff members gets a notification to deal with it as soon as possible.

I think that isnt the Problem what he wanted to say
I think he meant that most of the staff is from the US and not many from EU

Those bots have been banned, ip banned, censored, ad nauseam. They always find a way to come back. So honestly there's no real reason to find a dedicated person that can be on during the 6 hours or so most staff is away. Truly it is a storm in a glass of water. It will get handled as soon as there are staff on who can manage it. However if you live in Australia, have no life whatsoever and wish nothing more than spend your time here, sure. Apply.

If the administration feels that we need more general minions, then applications open up. As of now, there is no real, huge reason right now. One spam bot that comes and spams pages (rather than the 2-3 threads we're used to) in General isn't enough to push and make applications open.

So... Yeah. That's really it. If applications ever open up and people feel like they can dedicate a lot of time towards the forum, they can apply, assuming they meet all the requirements. Keep helping us out and report posts if you feel they are against the rules. We appreciate everyone that helps.
