I guess my anger is build up from early stages, I don't think such madness and angryness isn't about the game, more like me and people around me, I've struggled with this for long time

Everyone cares about something, some video games, some about some idiotic TV show *cough* game of thrones *cough* or pokemon so half of the world plays the stupid game on their phone...

It might sound dumb but try to control yourself. Often I dont care if I rage cus I only hurt myself (mights sound dumb but I dont care) like beating on the table or I swear but if I dont want to rage I just dont. For example when somebody hits a nice shot I dont scream I say "nice shot" and carry on.

So, I've been having some rough times around here, and it has gotten worse as time goes on...

As y'all might know by now then I have been playing CS:GO like a lot, and at those times when I play I have some kind of build up anger inside me, and when I don't hit or kill a guy, I get so pissed, especially when I die constantly... I broke my mouse because of this...

And I'm wondering how can YOU be chill or don't get pissed off over a bloody game...

Any kind of advice / suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Here's how to prevent that from happening,
1. find good teammates that can carry the team WHEN NEEDED
why?
bad teammates>bad guns>no kills>more pissed.
good teammates>dies(fuck it, you have $8000 to buy a DAWP loadout right?>win!
