RCS when to normalize?

So i know i have to normalize right after i change my punchangle, but is this enough? Do i have to normalize angles when i change my viewangle too, so

it doesnt look at the bottom (or wrong logic?)?

I guess you need to normalize + clamp your angles just before you write them.
