If you stored your coins in BitFinex, then it's likely all your coins are gone, and any coins that are left will be distributed evenly between every user (regardless of whether you have $1, or $100). This is all based on the assumption that they're going to file for bankruptcy for false advertisement of their services (They stated that only 0.5% of customers bitcoins are in one wallet, so all your bitcoins are spread across many wallets... and this was not true).
