What do you suggest I learn first?

Propably signatures they are easy to start with and there tons of tutorials out there.It also has to do with what you want to use photoshop for.For example a photographer doesn't use photoshop the same way a designer does.But i guess starting with signatures its a really fun way to get into photoshop.

Once you learn layers - you will master PS. It is the vital part of PS image manipulation/enhancement.
But if you never used it - just learn first your way around the program.

I'd suggest you start with Paint then switch to more complex stuff like FaceInAHole, MemeGenerators, etc

I never use tutorials, usually try to find my way around and possibly learn more about the program while doing so.

Play around with Photoshop, figure out what each tool does and how you can use it without tutorials. It's what I did (got me nowhere).
