I have two paypal accounts, one main, one stealth and both of them got limited. Both on July 2nd, 2016. Both accounts have $300+ in them. My main has a e trade securities bank account attatched with real credit cards and address, phone number and it is verified. My steath is not verified without e trade secuities bank account with a real credit card, and phone number but different name and address. I have not received any more emails from them and have not contacted to them about anything. What should I do at this point to get my funds back. I don't mind waiting the 180 days but I just want to receive my funds back. I do have documentation for my main but not stealth. People with experience with paypal limitation please tip me step by step tutorial of what I should do. Should I provide different documentation for my stealth to make them perm ban my account so the 180 day process will start? Should I call them regarding my main?

This is false, You won't be able to do anything more then you can do now, and you will also have that bank account linked to that account if you try and make a new one in the future.
Either wait it out for 180 days or submit (photoshopped) proof of identity (If stealth).
No matter what, You will always get your money in 180 days, Regardless if it's permed or not. (Experience)

Yeah, They can't verify like your drivers license in their system, Just make sure it's aligned correctly.
You can also submit like a fake utility bill and that's easy as pie.

This is the simplest kind of limitation there is, I know some guys that creates tons of paperwork for paypal.
Including but not limited to:

VCC's
Photo ID
Address Proof
ID Holding Pic(Selfie)
Confirm Identity
Passport
Utility Bills
Driving License
Proof of Delivery
Identity Card
Bank Statement
Credit Card Statement
Invoices
Receipts

They're pretty good, prices are 25$USD per request tho, but these guys are just great.
I can do credit card statements myself also.

Have you tried calling them? Sometimes it works better than over emails etc
