yep fast reload hacks or mods only make it _look_ like it
it shoots blanks if you shoot while it should be reloading

Reload rate and portability are not changed by modding. Only Rate of Fire changes. Keep that in your mind and never say anything else changes ever again.

Reload speed changes in knife mods and it DOES NOT shoot blanks. I made a R870 to M9 and i had 1 bullet left so i shot him once and the 7 bullets came up instantly so i swung again and he died

Idk, man. My Double Barrel to knife mod didn't seem to work. I doesn't shoot blanks, but the bullets it shoots don't do damage in reality.
