Well if it's MSVCP140D error, then program has been build in debug mode -.- , therefore if someone doesn't have installed full vs 2015, it wont be working.

I don't understand this, I have EVERY version of Microsoft visual express, from like 2005 to 2015. 64 and 86 versions. Full installs - I Repaired / restarted my computer, NOTHING, I uninstalled AND REINSTALLED and still nothing. so what do you mean by "installed full vs 2015" ? I have every version, fully installed, just no "debug" "140d" / "120d" files. Where do I find the debug tools install?

I will simple answer this, if a coder will compile cheat in debug mode in project in e.g visual studio 2015, then someone who doesn't have visual studio installend, then he is unable to run. Only in release mode, anyone can run having vs redistributable package installed. That's my logic, i can be wrong ofc.

If it's about this cheat, a coder need to recompile it in release mode.

Cheats compiled in debug mode needs installed IDE to work.
