Must not have a selected team, unless Valor was chosen

The price I am willing to pay will greatly depend on how well off the account is, being Max Level is one thing, but having stardust, items, ect. is another thing. I'm willing to pay anywhere from $20-40$

Actually its not hard at all, all you do is run a program and let it sit for a week. So honestly $40 is a bit excessive, but its okay. I'll have my own botted 40 in a day or two so i won't necessarily need this.

Perhaps in the earlier days of botting, now you'd be lucky to get 15 minutes of botting before getting an IP ban or whatever the hell is wrong with bots these days
