AVA Account got banned

Aeria Games has banned my account I didn't hack or anything, when I tried to log into my account it said that the account was blocked from violation of the TOS, as I said before I didn't break any rule. However I need your help to get it unbanned I no longer have access to the AP purchases I had made because they were over 3 years ago on my father paypal account. I haven't made any purchase since than. Is there a way to get my account paradon without the AP transicitions?

- Name(s) of the character(s)
- Items which the character(s) have equipped and in the inventory
- The original email address that was used to create the account
- The 5 most recent AP transaction ID numbers associated with this account, along with the transaction dates, method of payment and payment amounts
- The date the account was registered

If you don't have access to them, what do you expect us to do? Only you can help yourself in this case, I'm afraid. Your best shot is to try to gather as many substantial account details as possible, reply to their message with them and hope for the best. Sorry for not being able to help you further, but there's really nothing else that can be done.
