Ebay dispute

So first time dispute. Lol it's kind of funny.

So anyways the buyer is claiming he didn't get the item but I have the following info.


1.) The date he got the item
2.) Tracking number
3.) His correct address with the tracking number is shown on paypal
4.) The day it was shipped
5.) What was shipped
6.) How much the item with shipping included
Plus I asked the buyer to provide a police report if he has any further inquires. Do you think that is enough O.o

At the end of the day, if you have proof, then you should be fine.

Actually, if he calls his bank/credit card company, idk if that will help him with getting his money back
Escalate the claims to PayPal and Ebay to see what they can do about it.
They're two different companies now though :O

You should be fine as eBay would see that he lied. He could have said that the package was empty, something missing or broken but he lied.
How long has he been on eBay and what is his feedback?

All the variables seem to be in your favor, there's no reason for you not to win. Had a similar case a while back where the buyer claimed the item hadn't been delivered to his address. Just show eBay that the address you shipped it to was the same as the one he gave you (which seems to be what you have done).

You should be fine with all the info/proof you have but I've heard stories and eBay can be real cunts to sellers. Just a head up.
