I tired this last night, and was unable to get it to work as well. Tried loading before game, and steam wants to update.. tried loading after game, and it loaded, but hot keys don't do shit.....

How do I make it work? I started the trainer, then started the game and a mission, then activated all of the cheats. I didn't see anything happening, I had 4 nades, 4 flashbangs, I died, I didn't have infinite ammo etc.
