hey you know somepeople have the game running and the console open. the game is full screen and they have the console open there. can someone tell me how they did this? please thanks

It's a tweak that allows you to not minimize your game to see whats under.

Or, it's called Windowed Mode.

When your game is running on Fullscreen, press Alt + Enter (No, not alt + tab which is minimize).

Then, since the screen is prolly too huge then, adjust your resolution so the window will become smaller/bigger whichever you prefer.

Adjust what? The size of the screen?

I believe I told you, change your Resolution. Ingame on MW2, click on Baracks (or Options), Video Options and change the resolution. It looks something like this

1680x1050

It doesn't have to be like this, mines 1920x1080 for example. The smaller the resolution, the smaller the screen :P
