Some of it has to be server issues on their part.

My account went from all morning being only able to collect Pokestops and Take Gyms and fleeing pokemon to "Failed to get game data from the server." out of no where. weird.

No email on a perm ban towards my PTC acc.

Does all the bans seem to be hitting just the botters? Are the casual spoofers like me who just sit somewhere near my IRL real location and stand in bewteen a couple pokestops farming (without moving) safe? Or should I be cautions as well?

If you recieve a permanent ban (= getting the screen that says "Failed to get data"), then don't log into your other accounts on the same IP address, as the IP address will get flagged and any other accounts that will be logged into it afterwards will be banned as well.

Yeah no. I'm sure theres people who have siblings that aren't spoofing, but they are.

I think my spoof account was recently banned since I can't seem to log into it on bluestacks/Phone and PGNexus doesn't work with it either. My main account can still log in and play like normal, but my spoof constantly gives me "error getting game data"

I'm getting a message that says "Our servers are humbled by your incredible response. We are working to resolve the issue. Please try again soon!". I need help please. (Necrobot user).

To answer your question "Banned for botting?", long answer short, Yes.

Permanently banned for botting means get them shoes on (or car keys if you still want to feel like a cheater) and start over from level 1.

Folks do not realize the definition of permanent.

What i meant was are the bans only targeting bots atm? Would I be safe just using bluestacks/nox and spoofing to a location near me like i have been doing and manually catching pokemon/pokestops without moving (Just sitting still farming while i watch movies/etc).
